Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Klaxar Inc.(“Klaxar”) collects: account information (name, email, agency), product usage data, and Protected Health Information (PHI) when our customers (covered entities) use the platform on behalf of patients. PHI is governed by our Business Associate Agreement, not this Privacy Policy.
2. How we use it
We use account information to operate the service. We use PHI exclusively to deliver platform functionality to the contracting agency. We do not sell, share, or train AI models on agency PHI without explicit BAA permission. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be used to improve the platform.
3. Sub-processors
Our HIPAA-eligible sub-processors include: Supabase (data infrastructure), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payment processing). All sub-processors have countersigned BAAs.
4. Your rights
Under applicable law (HIPAA, state privacy acts, GDPR for EU users), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. PHI requests must come through the contracting covered entity. Account-data requests can be sent to support@klaxar.com.
