1. Service
Klaxar Inc.(“Klaxar”) provides the AI-native operating system for public safety described on klaxar.com. Use of the service requires an active subscription per our pricing terms.
2. Acceptable use
Customers agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security controls, or to generate, store, or transmit unlawful content. Klaxar may suspend access for violations.
3. Subscription & payment
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle. Cancellation must be made before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by the specific tier's terms (pro-rated on Starter/Pro, contractual on Enterprise).
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klaxar's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Klaxar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Disputes are resolved in Michigan courts unless mandatory arbitration applies.
